77cx Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 77cx ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By creating an account on 77cx, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service on the 77cx platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the 77cx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 77cx. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of any individual game or product on 77cx, the specific product rules will take precedence for matters relating to that product only.

77cx reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of 77cx following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, especially before making new deposits or placing significant bets.

To register and use a 77cx account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77cx operates a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents for any account where there is any doubt about the player's age. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players will be closed immediately and any balances will be forfeited or returned at 77cx's discretion.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name, using your own payment methods, and betting for yourself. Corporate accounts, accounts on behalf of another person, or accounts used to act as an agent are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid CNIC or passport number, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. 77cx will use this information for identity verification, payment processing and account security purposes.
• You must not already hold an active 77cx account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77cx. Players who have previously self-excluded and then attempt to register a new account must contact 77cx support before doing so.

77cx may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or whenever the platform has reason to verify account information. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Your 77cx account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77cx support immediately via live chat or email. 77cx cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
• You must not allow another person to use your account to place bets, even informally. All bets placed through your account are your financial responsibility.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your account remains accurate and up to date. Notify 77cx promptly if your mobile number, email address or payment details change.
• 77cx operates a one-account-per-person policy. Any attempt to create additional accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

77cx will send account-related communications to the email address and mobile number registered on your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to these contact points so that important notifications — including security alerts and verification requests — are received promptly.

All deposits and transactions on 77cx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77cx supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 77cx is Rs 200. Individual payment method minimums may be higher and are shown at the point of deposit.
• Deposit speed: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your 77cx wallet within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank.
• Your own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts or cards registered to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• No deposit fees: 77cx does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 77cx's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposit limits: 77cx may impose deposit limits on accounts for responsible gaming, security or verification reasons. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits — see Section 9.

77cx reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before crediting funds or processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and applies equally to all players, regardless of account age or history.

77cx is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all Pakistani players. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 across all supported withdrawal methods.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take three to five business days.
• Verification requirement: 77cx may require identity and payment method verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard industry practice and players should keep their documents ready.
• Same-method preference: Where possible, 77cx will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard AML control.
• No withdrawal fees: 77cx does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Bonus wagering: Funds that were credited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Full details are provided in the specific promotion terms at the time of each offer.
• Suspended accounts: Withdrawals cannot be processed from accounts that have been suspended for security, verification or responsible gaming reasons until the relevant issue is resolved.

77cx will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If your registered payment method changes, please contact support to update your details before submitting a withdrawal request.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, cricket betting, PSL markets and in-play wagering on 77cx. Product-specific rules for casino games, poker, Andar Bahar and virtual sports are published separately and should be read alongside these general terms.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation from 77cx that the bet has been accepted. Bets that are not confirmed due to connection errors, system issues or timing problems are not binding on 77cx.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market. These are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. 77cx reserves the right to change maximum limits at any time.
• In-play betting: For live in-play markets, 77cx may suspend markets at any time during a match — for example, during a wicket review or goal check. Bets placed moments before a suspension are subject to review and may be voided if the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a clear pricing error — such as odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — 77cx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies even after a bet has been accepted and confirmed.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC for international matches). Abandoned or shortened matches are settled according to the specific rules published for each market type.
• Match abandonment: For PSL and international cricket, if a match is abandoned or not completed due to weather or other circumstances, settlement follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method if an official result has been declared, or all bets are voided and stakes returned if no official result applies.

77cx offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion. When bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that bonus only.

• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each 77cx account, CNIC, household, device or IP address is eligible for any given bonus only once.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple and qualifying games or bet types will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: 77cx reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet patterns designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion between players.
• Withdrawal sequence: Real money deposits are typically used before bonus funds. The exact order is shown in your account balance details.

77cx reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of any change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cx platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any material fact to 77cx.
• Money laundering: Using 77cx to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 77cx cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence bodies and maintains comprehensive AML monitoring.
• Match fixing: Betting with knowledge of pre-arranged match outcomes or any form of inside information related to any sporting event offered on 77cx. 77cx treats match-fixing-related betting with maximum seriousness and reports suspicious patterns to relevant sporting authorities.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus terms or odds discrepancies in a manner that 77cx determines to be abusive rather than a natural consequence of legitimate sports knowledge.
• Software and bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to interact with the 77cx platform in a manner not available to regular players.
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access your account, or accessing another player's account, for any reason.
• Offensive conduct: Abusing or threatening 77cx staff or other users through any communication channel.

77cx reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account closure, without prior notice, if any of the above conduct is identified or suspected.

77cx is committed to providing a safe, responsible and enjoyable betting environment for all Pakistani players. We take problem gambling seriously and provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set voluntarily by any 77cx account holder from the account settings page. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players can set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you've been playing in a session.

In summary, 77cx collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. 77cx does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share it beyond what is necessary for the operation of the platform and its payment partners.

All personal data and financial transactions on the 77cx platform are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. 77cx does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

All content on the 77cx platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, data, odds presentation, software and the 77cx brand name itself — is the intellectual property of 77cx or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77cx platform for their own personal betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from 77cx without explicit written permission from 77cx; use any automated tool to extract odds, data or any other content from the platform; or frame or link to the 77cx platform in a way that implies association or endorsement without permission.

Any unauthorised use of 77cx intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cx's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the 77cx platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77cx is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, anticipated winnings, data or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues or platform downtime that affect the ability to place or settle bets, except where such failure is directly attributable to 77cx and has caused a verifiable financial loss.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Any indirect or consequential losses of any kind, whether or not foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77cx's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 77cx's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

77cx reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77cx will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without prior notification.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly and to familiarise yourself with any changes. Your continued use of 77cx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you may close your 77cx account at any time by contacting support. Any bets placed and bonus conditions accepted before the effective date of any change will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time they were accepted.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or connected to them or to the 77cx platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which 77cx operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 77cx's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent as closely as possible.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific product rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77cx and supersede all previous representations, agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
