Registering at 77cx is free and takes under two minutes. Go to Register, fill in your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a secure password. Submit the form, enter the OTP sent to your mobile to verify your number, and your 77cx account is live. You can make your first deposit and place your first PSL bet in the same session. There are no registration fees, no waiting periods and no documents required at the point of sign-up for most players.

You must be 18 years old or older to register and bet at 77cx. This is a firm policy with no exceptions. You'll confirm your date of birth during registration and 77cx may request a copy of your CNIC or passport to verify your age before processing your first significant withdrawal. Anyone found to have registered while underage will have their account closed and any balance returned to the payment method used.

No — each individual may hold only one active 77cx account at any time. This is a strict policy. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming limits is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support rather than registering again.

For security reasons, changes to registered contact details cannot be made directly through your account settings. You'll need to contact 77cx support via live chat or email at support@77cx.ws. You'll be asked to verify your identity before any changes are processed. Keep your mobile number up to date — it's the primary channel for OTP authentication and is required for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions.

You can close your 77cx account at any time by contacting support at support@77cx.ws or via live chat. Before closing, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Deposits & Payments

77cx accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion needed. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the most popular methods among Pakistani players due to instant processing and the fact that no bank account is required. The minimum deposit at 77cx is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit for most methods, though very large single transactions may trigger a routine identity verification check before the funds are credited. For Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits, individual wallet transaction limits set by the wallet provider may also apply — these are outside 77cx's control and are typically Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 per transaction depending on your account tier with the wallet.

Most Easypaisa, JazzCash and card deposits appear in your 77cx account within seconds of payment confirmation. IBFT bank transfers can take up to two hours during banking hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected processing window, first confirm that the transaction was successfully completed on your wallet app or bank statement. If payment was deducted but funds haven't arrived in your 77cx account after two hours, contact support with the transaction reference number, amount, payment method and time of deposit — the team will resolve it promptly.

77cx does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account balance. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 77cx's control and will be disclosed by the payment provider before you complete the transaction. If you see a deduction on the wallet side but less than expected in your 77cx account, it's almost always the provider's processing fee.

No. Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets work entirely without a traditional bank account — just a registered Pakistani mobile number. NayaPay and SadaPay also function independently of traditional banking. These options make 77cx accessible to players across Pakistan who may not have a bank account but do have a smartphone and a mobile number. IBFT and card payments do require a bank account, but they're optional methods alongside the wallet alternatives.

All 77cx accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. All deposits, bets, balances, bonuses and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no need to worry about exchange rates. If you're using a Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency, your card provider may apply their own conversion to PKR before the transaction reaches 77cx — check with your card issuer for their applicable rate.

The minimum stake on most 77cx sports betting markets is Rs 20. Some specialised or lower-liquidity markets may have slightly higher minimums, which are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. The minimum is deliberately low so that Pakistani players can manage their budget precisely across multiple PSL matches without needing to commit large amounts on any single bet.

Live in-play betting at 77cx allows you to place bets on a PSL or cricket match while it's actively in progress. Markets such as "runs in the current over", "next wicket method" and "match winner from current position" are all available in real time. Odds update ball by ball and are displayed on a dedicated live betting screen within your account. You can follow the live score directly on 77cx — see Live Cricket Score — and switch between the score view and the bet markets without leaving the platform.

If a PSL match is abandoned before a result can be determined — for example due to rain or ground conditions — your stakes will be voided and refunded in full to your 77cx balance. For matches that are postponed and rescheduled, your pre-match bets typically remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the delay extends beyond a set window (usually 48 hours), at which point stakes are also voided and returned. Contact 77cx support via live chat or email at support@77cx.ws with the bet reference number, the market you bet on, your stake and the outcome you believe to be correct. Include any supporting information, such as a scorecard or official result source. 77cx's settlements team reviews disputed bets against official match data and will respond within 24 hours. If an error is confirmed, your account will be corrected and a revised settlement applied.

77cx displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for Pakistani players to use. Decimal odds show your total return per Rs 1 staked — so odds of 2.50 mean a Rs 100 bet returns Rs 250 in total (Rs 150 profit + Rs 100 stake). Withdrawals

In most cases the delay is a routine check that can be resolved quickly once your identity has been confirmed.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal at 77cx include: outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met; identity verification documents have been requested but not yet submitted; the payment details entered don't match your registered account details; or a temporary security flag on the account. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a standard requirement across all regulated betting platforms. 77cx may request a photo of your CNIC (front and back) or passport before processing your first significant withdrawal or if your account activity meets certain thresholds. Your progress toward meeting the wagering requirement is displayed in your account's Bonuses section. 77cx sets its wagering requirements clearly in the applicable promotion terms — always check these before claiming a bonus.

Most 77cx bonuses have an expiry window — typically 30 days from the date of credit. If the wagering requirements are not met within that window, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited. Real money you've deposited is not affected by bonus expiry. When your referred friend registers using your referral code, makes a qualifying deposit and places their first bet, both accounts receive a bonus. Your unique referral code is available in your account settings.
